Shipping Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

At the CraftieRican Bodega, every item is handmade with care, and many products are custom-designed for your event. Because of this, we have the following policy in place.

 

 

Custom & Personalized Orders:

All custom items - including products made with names, logos, specific themes, or special color request - are final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or personalized orders.

 

 

Non-Custom Items:

If you receive a non-custom item that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

 

 

Order Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect information submitted with your order

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Minor variations in color or design (each item is handmade)

 

 

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, materials and production may already be in progress.
